Because a seriously injured or sick pet can require hospitalization, intensive therapy and sometimes referral to a specialist, total fees can be hundreds or even thousands of dollars. In the midst of such a situation is not the best time to have to come up with a way to pay for treatment of your beloved pet. That’s why it is advisable to know your options ahead of time and make proper preparation.

In case of an emergency or major unexpected expense, many people use their savings account or major credit card. If you need to spread payments out over a period of time, we offer several no-interest payment plans through CareCredit. This allows you to have a no interest loan that can be paid back over time, e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or even 12 months. You may go to their website and apply for a card. It is best to do this before you actually need it. Many of your clients apply for this card and also use it as a revolving credit card designated just for their pet’s healthcare needs. An added plus with this option is that both local emergency centers in Memphis accept CareCredit.

We will also be glad to assist you in filling out any pet health insurance claim forms if you have a policy that covers accidents, illnesses, or wellness benefits for your pet(s).
